Okay, you've downloaded the program and you want to get in to PLANEMAKER and take advantage of one the most powerful features of X-plane. Here you will build a quick and very simple single-engine GA (general aviation) aircraft to take up for a spin. Note that I am not going to go in to too much detail about each of the screens you are on in this tutorial, the main purpose is to get your feet wet.

There is going to be a lot of jumping around the program menus while we built this aircraft. If you should have a specific question about something on a menu you should go look at the MENU GUIDE section of this website. If you have a specific question on how to make a certain type of control setup you should see the HOW DO I section of this website.
